Yes, sellers on Bots & Drones Store have the capability to connect with buyers directly. The platform facilitates direct communication between sellers and potential buyers, allowing them to engage in conversations, address inquiries, and build meaningful connections. This direct interaction enhances the overall buying and selling experience, fostering transparency and efficient communication between sellers and buyers in the unmanned systems industry.

Companies in the business of unmanned systems, including drones, robots, their accessories, and related equipment, are eligible to register as sellers on Bots & Drones store.

Sellers (only) must provide the following company details:

1. Company name
2. Registered address
3. GST number
4. Company contact details.

Manufacturers, distributors, and resellers actively involved in the unmanned systems industry are all welcome to offer their products on Bots & Drones store.

No, Bots & Drones store is open to a wide range of unmanned systems products, including drones, robots, and their associated accessories and equipment.

If you haven't received a verification email after registration, you can try any of the following:

1. Check your spam folder.

2. Resend the verification email.

3. Contact support at support@botsanddrones.co from your registered email address.

1. Sign Up as a Seller:

   Go to the registration page and sign up as a seller. Complete all necessary company details, including your official email address (which will serve as your username), work mobile number, registered address, GST information, and contact person details. Fill out all the required information and submit the form.

2. Verification Process:

   After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email at your registered email address. Click on the verification link to confirm your company email account. Once verified, your store on Bots & Drones will be successfully created.

3. Login to Your Account: 

   Use your registered username and password to log in to your account. Now you have access to your seller dashboard, and you can begin adding products to your store.

Follow these steps, and you'll be all set to showcase your products on Bots & Drones Marketplace!

Instructions for Adding Products [ Consumer Drones or Commercial Drones] 

Step 1: Log in to your account on the homepage. If you're not registered, sign up to become a Seller.

Step 2: Once logged in, go to your dashboard in "My Account" and click on 'My Products'.

Step 3: If 'My Products' is blank, click 'Add Product' to start adding your items.

Step 4: In 'Add Product', choose your product category (Drones, Robots, Accessories & Equipment) and any sub-category. Then, click 'Submit'.

Step 5: Add a suitable headline for your product page.

Step 6: Optionally, enter the price. If pricing is on request or inclusive of taxes, specify accordingly. 

Step 7: Enter the delivery time (e.g., 5 Days).

Step 8: Select UAS Category (Nano, Micro, Small, Medium, or Large).

Step 9: Choose the brand name; if not listed, select 'other' and manually enter the name.

Step 10: Select the model; if not listed, choose 'other' and enter the model manually.

Step 11: Choose the application (e.g., Industrial Inspections).

Step 12: Select the warranty period.

Step 13: Specify Finance options.

Step 14: Add any offers if applicable.

Step 15: Enter the link to an e-brochure if available.

Step 16: Choose the country of make.

Step 17: Indicate the type certification status.

Step 18: Select the seller's location – Country, State and City

Step 19: Provide a detailed product description.

Step 20: Add images by clicking 'Add Image' (up to 5 images).

Step 22: Enter technical specifications by clicking 'Add'.

Step 23: Specify the contents of the package (item names and quantities).

Step 24: Select the power source (e.g., Electric)

Step 25: Choose the aircraft type (e.g., multi-rotor).

Step 26: Set the ad status (e.g., Active, Pause).

Step 27: Press the 'Add' button to finalize.

Congratulations! Your first product is now added. You can edit the details by clicking the edit' icon. Click 'Add Product' to add more items. 

Instructions for Adding Products [ Robots]

Step 1: Log in to your account on the homepage. If you're not registered, sign up to become a Seller.

Step 2: Once logged in, go to your dashboard in "My Account" and click on 'My Products'.

Step 3: If 'My Products' is blank, click 'Add Product' to start adding your items.

Step 4: In 'Add Product', choose your product category [Robots] and relevant sub-category [ Consumer Use, Commercial Use] Then, click 'Submit'.

Step 5: Add a suitable headline for your product page.

Step 6: Optionally, enter the price. If pricing is on request or inclusive of taxes, specify accordingly.

Step 7: Enter the delivery time (e.g., 5 Days).

Step 8: Choose the brand name; if not listed, select 'other' and manually enter the brand name.

Step 9: Select the model; if not listed, choose 'other' and enter the model manually.

Step 10: Select Robot Type [ Cleaning Robot, Healthcare Robot]

Step 11: Select the warranty period.

Step 12: Specify Finance options.

Step 13: Add any offers if applicable.

Step 14: Enter the link to an e-brochure if available.

Step 15: Choose the country of make.

Step 16: Add certification if any

Step 17: Select the seller's location – Country, State and City

Step 18: Provide a detailed product description.

Step 19: Add images by clicking 'Add Image' (up to 5 images).

Step 20: Enter technical specifications by clicking 'Add'.

Step 21: Specify the contents of the package (item names and quantities).

Step 22: Select the power source (e.g., Electric).

Step 5: Select Equipment Type [ Camera, Battery, Spray Tank etc]

Step 6: Add a suitable headline for your product page.

Step 7: Optionally, enter the price. If pricing is on request or inclusive of taxes, specify accordingly.

Step 8: Enter the delivery time (e.g., 5 Days).

Step 9: Choose the brand name; if not listed, select 'other' and manually enter the name.

Step 10: Select the model; if not listed, choose 'other' and enter the model manually.

Step 11: Select the warranty period.

Step 12: Add compatible options 

Step 13: Specify Finance options.

Step 14: Add any offers if applicable.

 If you haven't registered as a seller, simply fill out the buyer sign-up form with your details. After completing the form, you'll receive a verification email. Once your email account is verified, you can seamlessly connect with sellers and access your personalized dashboard. 

To connect with sellers and access our marketplace features, buyers need to sign up. If you're already a registered member as a seller, there's no need for an additional sign-up.

The Seller Basic Subscription on Bots & Drones Marketplace offers the following features:

1. My Products:

View or Add Products: Easily manage your product listings by viewing existing products or adding new ones to your store. Edit Product Details: Update product information to keep it accurate and engaging. Delete Product: Remove products from your store as needed.

2. Buyer Enquiries:

View or Manage Product Enquiries: Access and manage product inquiries received from potential buyers. Buyer Contact Details: Get instant access to buyer contact information for effective communication.

3. Sellers Contacted:

View or Manage Enquiries Sent: Keep track of inquiries sent to sellers, along with product and seller details. Effective Communication: Streamline your communication by managing all your interactions in one place.

4. Favourites:

Details of Favourite Products: Access a list of products added to the buyer's wishlist, helping you understand popular items.

5. My Profile:

View, Edit, or Delete Seller Profile: Easily manage your profile by viewing, editing, or deleting information as needed.
